Full mic and speaker setup plus projector access included — perfect for performances, screenings, and presentations.

One tea or coffee per attendee, plus water dispenser access throughout the event — so your audience stays refreshed.
Dedicated On-Site Support
One dedicated goSTOPS staff member for seating, logistics, and support — so you can focus entirely on your event.
Social Media Promotion
We promote your event across goSTOPS social channels — guaranteed an engaged audience of young backpackers on the premises.

Please Note
- Digital check-in is mandatory for all visitors. As a registered hotel, we are unable to permit unauthorised entries — please ensure all attendees check-in digitally upon arrival.
- In-house guests can attend any event at no charge. Supplies-based workshops (e.g. art, craft) require a contribution towards materials.
- Cancellation policy: full refund if cancelled 5 or more days before the event; no refund for cancellations within 5 days.
